I was visiting family in the Bethesda area when my rear differential failed !! I called on a Saturday got an appointment the following Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). Over the past four years I had great service from Jim Coleman Toyota so I decided to take my Cadillac to "Jim Coleman Cadillac". Very disappointed with Jim Coleman Cadillac! I had an appointment at 9:00 AM for an oil change. At 10:15 AM the car was still parked in the same spot without being moved or any communication. They didn't even act concerned when I said I'd been there for 1.25 hours. So I asked for my keys and received service elsewhere.
We came here a few months ago to test drive a 2024 xt4. We were introduced to Quinn & he helped us on our test drive & eventually building our own xt4! We built it in August & we just picked it up in December! He was very responsive, professional, & knowledgeable. He was wonderful to work with & we definitely recommend using him for a new cadillac purchase!!
The service department was fantastic! Steven was prepared for me when I arrived, they took care of me swiftly, and even gave me a loaner car while they ordered the parts that I needed. I couldn't have been more pleased or satisfied.
